Message from the President

Before I started college, I was filled with curiosity and a broad range of interests, uncertain about which career path to follow but eager to explore the vast world of business. As a freshman, I decided on a whim to attend rush, just to talk with students and learn about the countless opportunities available for someone like me, with a wide array of passions. What I found was more than I ever expected.

I never imagined myself joining a business fraternity, let alone becoming its President. But stepping into AKPsi turned out to be the most transformative decision of my college journey. AKPsi has been a continuous learning experience, guiding me not only in discovering my career aspirations but also in understanding who I am and what I truly value. This fraternity has provided me with a head start in navigating this competitive industry, surrounding me with the most driven, reliable, and supportive individuals I could ever ask for. They have pushed me to grow, to strive for better, and to be the best version of myself. These are the people who have stood by me throughout the challenges of the past years and who I know will continue to be there in the years to come. They are the reason I stay, the reason I stepped up to lead as President, and the reason I believe so deeply in this fraternity.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate such a large university, to feel lost in the crowd. But I want you to know that you are not alone. What sets us apart from other communities and fraternities at UCLA is the genuine care we have for one another. We are more than just a professional organization; we are a close-knit family where people put everything aside to be there for you, where we know and celebrate every little detail about who you are. We are the closest professional organization on campus because we make it our mission to uplift each other every single day.

This year, I am filled with excitement for what lies ahead. I have discovered new ways to make AKPsi an even stronger, more inclusive community—one that makes every member feel proud to be a part of it. We have a lineup of new events and initiatives that will make this year an unforgettable experience for everyone in AKPsi, a group of people I care for deeply and am committed to helping succeed. I want every member to have the chance to make a meaningful impact, no matter what path they choose.

I hope to see you at rush, so you can experience what I have—the sense that four years here will never feel like enough. Everyone in AKPsi follows their unique journey, but with us, you’ll discover so much about yourself that you never knew. So be spontaneous, be courageous, come with an open mind, and get to know us. We truly want to get to know you.
